What the heck, let's go for a quick 3-mile hike after work. The park closes early, so we'll have to start promptly! If all goes as planned, we'll be on high ground to watch the sun set, returning hastily to the cars before closing time. Parrots welcome. Directions to Arastradero Preserve, in the Palo Alto foothills: Exit 280 onto Page Mill Road and go west (away from town). Continue about ¼ mile and turn right on Arastradero Rd. Go about ½ mile and look for the parking lot on the right.
