Let's hike through Monte Bello Open Space Preserve up to the top of Black Mountain, before the day gets too hot! This will be a total of 5 miles, with moderate hills, at a briskish pace. Dress for the weather, with sensible hiking footwear, and bring sufficient water. Meet at carpool point #6.
