The local chapter of the California Native Plant Society holds this event annually; this year, it's at at Hidden Villa Ranch, 26870 Moody Road, 2 miles west of Foothill College. Expect a fair variety of native species for sale, and, if memory serves, also educational exhibits. Hours are 10AM-4PM.
