Let's take a walk from Mitchell Park to Palo Alto's famous "Christmas Tree Lane" (Fulton St.) and see all the fancy holiday decorations. Dress for the weather (and the season), and consider bringing a flashlight for the parts of the walk that aren't all lit up. We'll be out for about 2-3 hours.

Directions: Mitchell Park is on Middlefield Rd in Palo Alto, between Charleston and East Meadow. From 101, take San Antonio away from the Bay. At the first light, turn right on Charleston. Turn right again on Middlefield. The next light is Mayview; turn left into the Mitchell Park parking lot. We'll meet in front of the Community Center, right near this entrance.
This walk is on even if it's moderately rainy. Dress for anything that might come our way while we're out.
